Hangzhou Kangji Medical Instrument Ltd. (“Hangzhou Kangji” or “the Company”), which was established in August 2004. Hangzhou Kangji is a high and new technology enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of minimally invasive surgical instruments and accessories (MISIA). Hangzhou Kangji is the Backbone Unit of China Medical Endoscope Industry Base (Tonglu), director unit of China Association of Medical Equipment, director unit of China Association for Medical Devices Industry, vice president unit of Zhejiang Association for Medical Devices Industry and president unit of Tonglu Association for Medical Devices Industry.
The mission of the Group is to enable physicians and improve the health and wellness of patients through providing high-performing and accessible products and services. The Group aims to become a domestic MISIA platform and it offers a one-stop solution to minimally invasive surgery of obstetrics and gynecology specialties, general surgery specialties, urology specialties and thoracic surgery specialties with its comprehensive product portfolio.
Hangzhou Kangji established a production-academy-research platform which includes a provincial academician expert workstation, a provincial enterprise research institute, and an enterprise high and new technology research center, to develop various MISIA products that meet clinical needs. The company also established an integrated quality control system. It obtained international quality management system certification according to ISO13485 and EN ISO 9001, occupational health and safety management system certification according to ISO 45001 and environmental management system certification according to ISO 14001. Main products of the Company have obtained CE certificate.
Through its extensive sales network, Company’s products were sold to over 3,400 domestic hospitals (including over 1,000 Grade IIIA hospitals), covering all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and also sold to 42 other countries.
